When competition and community come together, incredible things happen. On September 29th, the Oregon Golf Club in West Linn was buzzing with purpose as Pacific Office Automation hosted the 2025 Oregon Charity Championship, presented by our valued partners Safeway and Mondelēz.
This annual event has become one of our favorite traditions— a day where golf, giving, and goodwill unite to create lasting impact across Oregon.
Driving Change for Local Nonprofits
This year, the Oregon Charity Championship distributed more than $91,000 in cash prizes and gifts to 32 nonprofit organizations, each doing vital work to strengthen our communities.
Congratulations to our top finishers:
- 1st Place ($30,000): Ronald McDonald House Charities
- 2nd Place ($15,000): Sport Oregon
- 3rd Place ($10,000): GiGi’s Playhouse
- 4th Place ($5,000): Sunshine Division
- 5th Place ($4,000): ALS Association of Oregon
In addition to tournament winnings, participants also competed in specialty contests, from Long Drive and KP challenges to the popular Safeway | Mondelēz Balloon Ball Drop and Toyota Putting Contest— each one adding more energy, more laughter, and more donations for great causes.
Beyond the Course
Every swing, every putt, and every prize helped fund critical programs serving children, families, and individuals throughout Oregon.
From GiGi’s Playhouse, which provides educational and career-readiness programs for individuals with Down syndrome, to Fido Pet Bank and My Father’s House, these organizations make our region stronger in countless ways.
At Pacific Office Automation, we believe that business success and community success go hand in hand. Events like the Oregon Charity Championship allow us to celebrate that philosophy in action, bringing our customers, partners, and employees together to make a tangible difference.
A Tradition of Giving Back
Now in its third year, the Oregon Charity Championship has quickly become more than just a golf tournament. It’s a movement that reflects the spirit of teamwork and generosity that defines the POA family.
We’re proud to collaborate with Green Barn Events, whose expertise and passion for purpose-driven experiences help make this event such a success year after year.
Thank you to everyone who made this year’s event possible: our sponsors, volunteers, players, and nonprofits. Together, we’re proving that when business leaders come together with heart, every shot counts for something bigger than the game.
