Your employees exemplify the meaning of customer service they have gone above and beyond at every point. They listened to our needs and were able to put together a solid leasing package and sold us the equipment that best meets our needs. I have had excellent service from your company. The service person calls back within an hour or so after my initial call to your company's Service Department. The call-back gives me the chance to explain what is happening with the machine and the assurance from your repair person that he will be out soon and fix the problem. No matter how serious it seems, they always are able to fix it in a short amount of time. We do not always get the same person, but they all treat our needs with the same concern and confidence that they can take care of our machines problem.
We were looking to improve our printing capabilities and our current suppliers were unable or unwilling to understand our needs.
