2025 Community Contributions
As the needs of our communities continue to grow, we felt a responsibility
to step up—to do more, give more, and support more. In 2025, our teams
contributed time, resources, and expertise to 175 organizations focused on
Health, Education, Community, and Athletics.
Through donations, services, and hands-on involvement, we are proud to uplift lives and strengthen the communities where we live and work. Every effort reflects the passion, teamwork, and dedication of our people, reminding us that when we come together, we can create real and lasting impact.
POA is currently supporting high school athletic programs in 10 states and at seven universities. We support sports in many capacities because POA believes the skills learned through athletics translate to valuable social attributes later in life.
Sports mirror life like nothing else. Wins, losses, how to help teammates cope with a loss & how to work as a team.
Studies show there’s a direct link between playing sports in school and salary earnings later in life.
We’re passionate about creating more access and equality in sports to positively impact the lives of youth.
Many of our customers sit in the healthcare or nonprofit space, and by mutually supporting each other with a stage 5 tribal leadership mindset, we’re strengthening these relationships & helping each other realize our full potential.
