- Give employees a gift. Whether it’s big or small, show employees that you care with a small token of the company’s appreciation.
- Take care of your employees’ health. Promote wellness by offering a gym discount, inviting a speaker on health, hosting a stress workshop, or doing something that shows your employees that you care about and value their health and well-being.
- Reward hard work and positive attitudes with unique awards. Developing categories that are relevant to your company and matching each employee with an award is a fun and personal way to show that you care about each individual.
- Plan a staff appreciation day and involve employees in the planning. Talk to employees about an appreciation event and see what they would like the day to look like.
