The workflow process emails the individual the document to sign. Users can verify their identity and release a signature via a smartphone, sign on a tablet where their biometric data is recorded, or deposit a certificate with the service provider that allows them to sign documents anytime, anywhere. The signed document, along with the applicable biometric data and certificate, are stored back in DocuWare so you can search and access it later with ease.
