Get even more from your hardware investment with the FortisBlue Ricoh Connector. The Connector is a powerful integration tool for Ricoh Multifunction Devices (MFDs). It simplifies document capture and eliminates the need to purchase additional desktop scanners because multiple FortisBlue users can scan and import documents from one MFD.
On the front end, all you do is enter index information on the touch screen, and use a drop down menu to select the destination. Then hit the scan button to import, index and save the documents in FortisBlue. You can also use the optional FortisBlue Database Lookup and Update module to extract data from Excel®, Access, SQL and Oracle and other databases to populate index data from the MFD.
