I am glad to see that Pacific Office Automation continues to provide quality products and service above expectations. Ashley Wisnieski just left our offices, after providing training on our "new" refurbished Sharp copier/printer. We have been enjoying the vastly increased quality output from the Sharp already, but now see so many more features and benefits. Since I too am in sales, I wanted to let the company know that every aspect of this transaction has been top notch. Ashley has been great to work with from the first call, all the way through training. I have had experience working with Pacific Office dating back nearly 30 years, and am glad to see that nothing has slipped a bit regarding the level of service and professionalism of the Pacific team.

Your employees exemplify the meaning of customer service they have gone above and beyond at every point. They listened to our needs and were able to put together a solid leasing package and sold us the equipment that best meets our needs. Never did I get the feeling they were trying to sell us something that wasn't right for us. They listened, and then fulfilled our needs.

I have had excellent service from your company. The service person calls back within an hour or so after my initial call to your company's Service Department. The call-back gives me the chance to explain what is happening with the machine and the assurance from your repair person that he will be out soon and fix the problem. No matter how serious it seems, they always are able to fix it in a short amount of time. We do not always get the same person, but they all treat our needs with the same concern and confidence that they can take care of our machines problem.

Sales and Service

We were looking to improve our printing capabilities and our current suppliers were unable or unwilling to understand our needs. From the first day to current we received much better than expected service. Even after the lease was signed we were treated like we were their only customer.
