Reporting
At POA, we believe accountability is the best way to ensure performance. By effectively “Keeping Score,” we can monitor performance proactively through multiple reporting sources. The following gives a brief description of the reports that will be used to ensure the long-term satisfaction of our service.
- Daily Operation Report
Broken down by Branch and Team, this report allows the entire company to view the performance from a Branch level as well as the individual Technicians and their teams. This report specifically tracks Response Time, Number of Completed Calls, Number of Open Calls, Effective Rate, % Incomplete and Parts per call.
- Service History Report
This report details the following and can be ran by Account, Type of Machine and individual machines:
- Response time per Call
- Overall Response Time per Machine
- Service Call Detail
- Parts Usage
- Preventative Maintenance Detail
- Customer Satisfaction Report
