At Pacific Office Automation our motto is: Problem Solved. We believe this simple phrase projects the vision of our company. At POA we believe the best solution to a problem is a proactive approach to preventing them. With over 30 years of expertise in the office equipment industry, we know we can bring value to our customers and a strong return on their investment. When we do so, POA prospers as well, and we believe this is the backbone of our ongoing success.

POA is dedicated to Sustainability Practices and has partnered with Manufacturers that take a vested interest in the environment. At POA we believe our biggest asset is our people. This is why we are dedicated not only to supporting our community but our employees as well. POA offers our employees an aggressive 401K and profit sharing program that has matched an average of $.93 for every $1.00 an employee contributes. This is one of the many benefits that have lead to long-term retention of employees. We also believe that a healthy employee is a productive and happy one.   1. Environmental
    • Platinum Printer Program – Integrates a re-use and recycle program for all empty toner cartridges through monthly maintenance of supply stocks, and retrieval of empties. All applicable empty cartridges are sent back to the manufacturer for re-use, while all others are recycled.
    • Energy Star Compliant – All manufacturers POA partners with are Energy Star compliant.
    • Reduced Travel – The recent move to our new building was prompted, in part, by our desire to reduce the amount of time our employees spent traveling between locations. This travel time was viewed as inefficient and as a waste of both environmental and financial resources. The consequences of this have been far reaching including more efficiency and quicker response times.
    • Video Conferencing – POA made the investment in video conferencing four years ago. This has allowed for less travel, and consequently less strain on environmental resources. It has also lead to easer training, increased efficiency in disseminating new ideas and increased productivity for our management team, who now spends less time traveling.
    • Recycled Paper – POA has partnered with providers of Recycled paper and passes on the discount to its clients.
